I edited my post earlier, but check out nsm and apollomix as well. You can request it if nsm, apollomix, Affiliates of GMA and vgsheets, and google doesn't have it.
I have Angel Island Zone Act 2 somewhere on this forum. It's physically impossible to play lmao, but it does sound pretty epic in midi for piano. I'll dumb it down for you if you want.
Since Hydrocity Zone Act 2 is your #1 favorite, NSM has it for both acts.

I wouldn't recommend downloading either of the Hydrocity sheets from NSM, I just checked them out, and they aren't very good imho.
SEGA: The Sonic 1 songs are in Finale Notepad's (07) .mus format, if that's what you are asking. If you want a PDF file of that song, I can send it your way.
