Great to see you around again. (Not that I was really on when I joined the forum).  Hooray for having another vg arranger back. Smiley

Fortunately that does not conflict with my FF arrangements; I've played 1-10, so Tactics is not my territory.

What is it with me and epic/long songs? I have an urge to transcribe Hyrule Field (Ocarina of Time)...

Then try to resist it :p You still have to finish the ending theme though. There's hardly anyone playing this song on piano. Besides, there's plenty of Hyrule Field sheets out there, particularly on Gori's site. Would be redundant, but you can still arrange it if you want.

Here's what I have done of the Ending Theme so far. Tell me what you think of it (if viewing it using MNP or something similar, ignore certain time signatures - the ritardandos weren't working, so I had to decrease the tempo manually every couple of beats at some parts).

I personally like the Shadow part.

Sounds great this far. I especially like Gogo's theme.

I have reached the 400 measure mark - and this is with efficient use of measures. It has shattered my previous record of 250ish from Dancing Mad.

Excuse the double post, but I have at last updated my site! I have completed Dancing Mad, so I think some of you may want to even check just that out. In fact, feedback would be great! My site's link is in my signature.

EDIT: I've edited my first post to reflect the new changes.

Welcome back! Haven't seen you in awhile. I'll check out your newest arrangement when I get the time. I think it was a long song.

Wow. You certainly have a lot of patience, 16 pages would drive me up the wall. I think you did a great job (7/8 + 4/4 = Huh) on arranging.

As for the song itself....I've never played the game, but it's like it didn't know what to do or where to go. I really liked the the part of the song that starts on the last measure of page 5 though, maybe you're like me and heard Pokemon.

Huh

I think I know what you mean about Pokémon... I think that reminds me of one of the forests or something.

Yes, 7/8 and 4/4!! That's what made me take so long; when I got to that part, I had no idea what was up with the time signature, but I eventually figured it out - looking at the way the bass line repeated helped me figure it out! ;)
