Sorry man, but your best bet is to start out with transcribing some sheet music first before you start recruiting other people to do it for you. Not to be hard on you or anything, but we had another guy here who did something similar and things didn't work out so well for him. Get some of your own stuff up there first. Take a look at Gori Fater. He first started off with only his transcriptions until he started getting more and more, THEN other people began contributing to the site. You can't count on other people to get your content.

I know exactly what you mean and yes i am working on a lot of my own work. However i dont intend to take peoples sheet music for myself, think of my site as more a place where people can share and show there own work, im not going to take credit for any of it. its a way composers can get known for their work, if you get what i mean? Oh and btw thanks for your replies man, ive been designing websites and maintaining them for years however this is my first live website ive done for myself, and im thankful people offer advice. Thanks Again

It's alright to be anxious and what not, but don't over do it. Over-excessive anxiousness can lead to spam and obsession (obsessed for attention that is). Don't make people think you're craving for attention just so people can visit your site. You already got competition (apollomix, ichigos, GMT, NSM, etc.). They all have a similar mission statement as you, to be the largest collective sheet music database on the net, more or less. Do they accept other people's arrangements? yes. You'll need to come up with something more creative than that if you want to stand out from the rest.
