This is really going to denote my skill level, but the hardest thing I've played was a simplified version of Bach's "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring."

The hardest thing I've seriously TRIED to play is Spinach Rag from FF6, based off the sheet music from this Youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYzq0am3B4I

or hungarian rhapsody no.2 by franz listz
 either one are really hard.
i tried some of ravel's stuff and that stuff isn't the easiesy

Almost anything by Liszt is hard...
Ravel is sooooo beautiful... but also, some of his stuff is very difficult! Too bad it's not easier sad

ikr ravel is really nice
i have attempted to play all of chopin's etudes but so far i've only gotten through 10 of them... 14 more to go haha

He said he got through 10, but never specified which 10. Maybe he skipped around. I haven't played many of them, but I don't think the Revolutionary is the hardest. Some in the Op. 25 set are quite diabolical.

I'm currently learning the Concertino for Trombone by Larsson -  (video of 3rd movement)
It's insane!! But it does sound pretty awesome

I would say the hardest thing I played would be Circus Galop. I played the adapted version for 4 hands.
