Well, you can't attach files onto a PM, if that's what you are asking. You can attach files on a post, like this one, by clicking "Additional Options..." and then "Attach:   " when you are writing the post.

When I click "Additional Options...", only appears "Return to this topic." and "Don't use smileys.". I don't see nothing saying "Attach".
Could you give me more help, please?

I'm guessing it's because you have less than 31 posts. If you don't have 31 posts, you can't download or see attachments on posts.

Critique me is the only exception where new members can attach/download attachments to their own thread. However you can only see your own thread, the others are hidden. Once you're a full member (31 posts), you get all the privileges of a full member (members only, see all threads in critique me, and view/download other's attachments as well as posting attachments outside of critique me). But please don't spam because that leads to a ban.

Sometimes the member limit may change. 31 is a good estimate though.
